This recipe you can use on just about anything. I love it! We marinated our salmon for about an hour before putting in on the BBQ.
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup oil, any flavor
1/2 cup lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Refrigerate.
