This is one of my favorite marinades for fish, I found it in the Sunset Kitchen Cabinet cookbook which has a wonderful array of old tried and true recipes.

□ 1/2 tsp. ginger or grate some fresh ginger
□ Shake of garlic powder or fresh garlic

□ 2 lb. halibut (orange roughy works well, too)
□ 3 tbsp. soy sauce
□ 2 tbsp. lemon juice
□ 1 tbsp. sugar
□ 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
□ 1/2 tsp. ginger or grate some fresh ginger
